Professionally, I have 9 years of experience in customer service. In 2013, I worked at a telecommunications company. After my time there, I transitioned to freelancing and specialized in administrative support. Following that, I worked as an admission officer at a school based in Australia. I then resigned and started to venture into the legal world. In my last job, I was an intake specialist at another law firm.
